Jurnal Abdimas Prakasa Dakara is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Kusuma Negara, Jakarta, half-yearly in April and October. SINTA, Google Scholar, Garuda, Index Copernicus, DOAJ, Dimensions, Journal Stories, Scilit, ResearchGate, and Moraref are currently indexing this journal. Recently, Since March 2023, the journal has been accreditated with "4th" grade (SINTA 4) by the KEMDIKBUD RISTEK DIRJEN DIKTIRISTEK of The Republic of Indonesia as an achievement for the peer-reviewed journal which has pretty good quality in management and publication. The recognition was published in Director Decree No. 0187/E5.3/HM.01.00/2023 March 12, 2023.

The aim is to be open access journal platform that publishes and disseminates the result of community service activity scientifically, such as: upgrading, socializing, training, servicing, coaching, and counseling, then refers to the appropriate focus and topic. Its focus is to publish original papers on how service was carried out in society and what results against the community competence in academic and non-academic, in order to inspire and benefit the wider community. Jurnal Abdimas Prakasa Dakara covers a broad range of formal and nonformal education areas. Specific topics include (but are not limited to): (1) Technological literacy in social or academic life; (2) Entrepreneurship, edupreneurship, and technopreneurship; (3) Strategic plan in the social or academic program; (4) Preservation of culture and its instruments.

This edition will be available online in October 2025. The theme of this issue is "Membangun Kemandirian Komunitas: Sinergi Digital, Partisipatif, dan Kultural dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat." It consists of nine articles written by 35 authors from the Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, and seven Indonesian educational institutions (Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira Kupang, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Widya Gama Lumajang, Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang, Universitas Saintek Muhammadiyah, dan STKIP Kusuma Negara).
