Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Teknik Dasar Lay-Up Shoot Bola Basket melalui Penerapan Gaya Mengajar Latihan (Practice Style)

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes of basic lay-up learning techniques through the application of traning teaching styles (practice style) in class Ix students of SMP Negeri 38 Jakarta. The Method used is classroom research in the application of teaching style carried out in 2 stages of research planning, observation and reflection. In this study the data were obtained through the students’ ability to perform basic technique movements of the basketballshoot lay-up through the research instrument. The results showed that in the firt cyle the learning outcomes of the basic technique of ball shoot lay-up reached 65%, while in the second cycle it reached 84%. Based on the result of this study, it can be seen that the application of training teaching style can improve learning outcomes of the basic technqique of basketball shoot  lay-ups in class IX students of SMP Negeri 38 Jakarta.
