This study aims to determine whether there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes in students between the model of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW). This study uses the quasi-experimental method. The sample in this research is by cluster random sampling and 2 classes have been selected randomly, 30 students in class VIII A and 30 students in class VIII B. Data analyzed by t-test. Based on the descriptive analysis, it was found that the average student learning outcomes through the model TPS were 80.667 and the standard deviation 8.783. Furthermore, the average student learning outcomes through the model TTW was 72.7, and the standard deviation 9.79. Based on the inferential analysis obtained thitung=3.61>2.00=ttabel with significance level ?=0.05, which concludes that there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between model TPS and TTW.
