Abstract

The method used in this research is classroom action research which follows the model of Kemmis and Taggart. This research consists of three cycles with four stages each, namely planning (planning), acting (implementation), observing (observation) and reflecting (reflection). The research period was 2 months, from November to December 2019. The research subjects were 28 Grade III students.  This Is Evidenced By The Results Of The Tests Performed At Each Cycle. Test Results During Pre-Cycle 66.07, In Cycle I the Class Average Was 73.57 In Cycle II Increased To 77.68 And In Cycle III, The Class Average Increased To 81.43. The results of interviews and observations also indicate an increase in student learning behavior for the better. The level of student learning completeness also increases. In Cycle I, Learning Completeness Only 64.29%, In Cycle Ii Increased To 75% And In Cycle III It Has Reached 96.43%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Model can improve the learning outcomes of Grade III students at SDN Karang Tengah 07, Ciledug Tangerang.
